I’ve been doing the Weight Watchers eating plan for the last 1.5 years. I’m always looking for new recipes on their site, and these summer recipes I am sharing with you look delicious. A bonus is that they are easy!
If you’ve been following along with me for a while, you are aware that about 1.5 years ago, I decided to turn my health around and live more healthily. This decision changed my eating habits, physical activity, and other things that I share all about here.
The biggest impact was changing what I put in my body…food!
I knew that I wanted flexibility in what I ate, and Weight Watchers offered me just that. Over the last year and a half, I’ve discovered that their recipes are amazing and of course calculate all your points for you. Win-win!
To say I was excited about rounding up some new weight watchers’ summer recipes to share with you is an understatement. It was hard to narrow it down to just five because they have so many on their site for you to try but these truly looked the best to me, and they were labeled “easy”. Scroll down to check them out!
Which Weight Watch summer recipes look the most delicious to you? I am going to make my way through them all, starting with the bean salad. Eating healthy can be fun, delicious, colorful, with lots of great texture, and easy. Give it a go!
