Summertime with children at home means it’s time for a restock on our favorite pantry items. I have 21 pantry staples that your family needs to have ready and on hand when it’s eating time (and let’s face it, that’s often during these summer days haha). Scroll down to see them all!
The blog post I wrote two years ago about how to create a perfectly organized pantry is near the top of my “most-read posts.” You can go here to check it out and I encourage you to do so.
Starting with a decluttered and organized pantry will only help you as you are gathering up the 21 summer pantry staples I am sharing in this post. You can find all of my favorite pantry organization pieces HERE. Or shop them below and at the end of this post.
With children around the home more during summer, you will be glad to have plenty of snacks, and other food items to meet your family’s needs. The pantry staples I am sharing include a variety of foods, which are suitable to various ages and dietary needs. Are you ready to check them out?
It is so rewarding to have all of these staples taken out of their original boxes and into bins and containers. Not only does it look organized and clutter-free, but it also allows you to easily see what you have plenty of versus the items you may be running low on.
Now you are ready to place inside your pantry! Having these plastic bins on the bottom shelves makes it easy for little hands to reach and safe too.
What are some of your favorite pantry staples? I’d love to hear in the comments, let me know!
