We are exactly two weeks away from Christmas as I am writing this post.
Are you ready? I sure am, it is truly the most wonderful time of the year!
We just go back from New York City with our youngest daughter, Caroline. It is a tradition to take each child when they turn 14 years old to NYC, just that child, with Andy and me.
We had the best time. It’s such a gorgeous and bustling city, especially at Christmas time.
Before we left, Andy and I had the best time making this DIY wood tree. I was excited to be a part of the RYOBI/Delaney Hardware “Doors Of December” campaign this year.
Those who participated were asked to create a DIY craft with RYOBI tools. What do you think of our tree? We also installed new door hardware from Delaney. We couldn’t be more pleased with how these things got our entrance ready for guests this holiday season.
The best news? You can go vote your favorite door and enter to win a $1000 prize package of RYOBI and Delaney Hardware items too! You can enter as often as you’d like between now and 12/31/2021.
If you are looking for something to bake this weekend or anytime this holiday season, some blogger friends and I shared 10 delicious Christmas treats to try. You will love these recipes, head HERE to check them all out.
I love sharing tips on how to create holiday spaces in your home! Recently on Instagram, I shared how to easily transform a child’s bedroom into a warm and welcoming holiday guest bedroom.

Lastly, this new coat is amazing! I am in love with its color and it is so warm and cozy for the winter.
You can find it at major savings HERE.
Brendt – I love your family tradition of taking your 14yo to NYC during the holiday season!! What a fun tradition! Did you know I used to live in NYC while my husband was in grad school? I worked right down the street from Grand Central Station and boy did I love the holidays while I did that!! ;)!
Happy Holidays my friend – and as always – thank you for including me in your fun weekly post!
XOXO – Pasha
