Every season brings joy, but there is something about summer that is just right for me. Growing up in Alabama means we thrive in warmer weather and longer days haha, so I am thrilled it’s June once again.

If you follow me over on Instagram, you know how much I enjoy sharing tips for making your bed look cozy and in line with the current season.

Using a white quilt set is always a great base for your bed then add light layers as I did here for summer with this white duvet set. I love how it turned out.

Wicker Baskets

This oversized wicker basket has been a long-time favorite! The texture is perfect for summer and adds depth to an otherwise neutral space in our living room.

I simply filled it with summer textiles; a lightweight blanket and pillows.

Summer Scented Candles

 

Summer scents are just lovely for your home! I always enjoy changing up my candles according to what season we are in, and my favorite scents right now are Peach Apricot, Country Pear, and Lavender Vanilla.
