Decorating your mantel for spring can be fun to do! I hope you will take some inspiration from these ideas I am sharing from my own mantel, then don’t miss at the end, my blogger friends are sharing tons of ideas too.
These farmhouse mantel decoring ideas center around using neutrals, various textures, and layers to create a lovely and fresh look for your fireplace area.
Are you ready to get started?
For a long time, I used inspiration pieces such as artwork or wood signs. But since we have installed a TV, that would be the anchor piece to my mantel.
This piece is the bulkiest and largest item on your mantel.
Now, add items to the left and right of the inspiration or anchor piece.
I wanted to do a neutral farmhouse look for our mantel and so I choose woods, whites, and greenery.
Placing chunky candlesticks plus pillar candles created great, varying heights, and adding the white ceramic vase with stems created a wonderful mix of textures here.
Don’t forget this area of your mantel decorating! I enjoy adding baskets, lanterns, pillows, and blankets here.
You can also use a plant or small tree instead of a basket.
