Not too long ago, I took everything off our counters, and hit refresh! I had some new spring faux stems/potted plants and spring candles I wanted to style. Then, I simply shopped my house to create a simple, layered farmhouse look.
It is always fun to hit refresh in the spaces of our home after a long winter. And, doing this in our kitchen made it feel warm and inviting again.
Creating a lovely farmhouse kitchen for spring in your own kitchen can be simple to do with these tips and tricks I am sharing in this post.
You don’t have to have a ton of new decor to get these looks, in fact, most you probably already have on hand. Below are some ideas to get you started.
Are you ready to check out these farmhouse kitchen decor ideas I used in my kitchen?
Layering breadboards/cutting boards are a great way to add interest and warmth to your kitchen. I loved these antique ones here.
This is such an easy way to bring spring into your kitchen! I draped this cute towel over the front of our sink for a simple splash of color and texture.
The artwork adds a layer of coziness to the kitchen! I simply lean the artwork or you can use a command velcro strip to easily hang it and then take it down if you want to in the future.
This coffee station is lovely yet cohesively simple for Spring with everything being in shades of white. These vessels are functional too holding sugar and spoons for that first cup of morning coffee.
Placing a spring-scented candle in your kitchen for spring will bring it to life! I love this look of setting it inside of a large hurricane with white rock filler.
I love this new little potted plant and it adds such a nice touch next to the wood tones around it. I also used faux tulips in a ceramic vase by the sink area to spread the greenery around the kitchen.
