One of the most common questions I get when traveling is about what I pack, so I’m breaking it all down: from my outfits to my go-to carry-on essentials, and of course, the swimwear I couldn’t leave behind. Before I even packed my bags, I made sure to get that sun-kissed glow for my trip to Cabo. Since I don’t always have time to lay out in the sun, I relied on my favorite self-tanning lotion to give me that bronzed, beach-ready look. It’s the perfect way to feel confident in my swimsuits and dresses, even before I step foot on the beach. I always opt for a streak-free, natural-looking tan, and this one definitely does the trick. Plus, it’s a great way to add that glow without the harmful UV rays. Now that I’m all bronzed and ready to go, let’s dive into what I packed for this sunny getaway!

Packing light is always my goal, and that means making every piece count. I always try to bring the smallest bag possible without going over the TSA weight limit—it’s all about efficiency! That’s why you’ll find mostly dresses in my suitcase. Not only are they lightweight, but they’re also versatile enough for any occasion.
For the neutral looks, I’m keeping it simple with a black maxi dress, white pants, a neutral-print skirt, and two tops that pair effortlessly with both the pants and the skirt. These pieces are versatile, easy to mix and match, and light as air, making them perfect for my trip.
For the colorful pieces, I’m going all in on bold, warm prints. I packed a mini floral dress, a maxi floral dress, and a button-up dress that can double as a cover-up for the beach. These pieces are fun, eye-catching, and perfect for soaking up the sun in Cabo!
When it comes to swimwear, I’m all about comfort. A black one-piece is my go-to. It’s flattering, easy to wear, and perfect for lounging or swimming without the need for constant adjustments. It’s one of those pieces that makes me feel both comfortable and confident. Of course, I’m also bringing along two pairs of stylish sandals, perfect for a stroll along the shore or a quick trip to grab lunch!
We’ve all been there—staring at our suitcase, wondering, ‘What do I actually need for this trip?’ Do I really need that hair straightener? Probably not. This Amazon carry-on has been my absolute favorite for traveling. It’s the perfect size to throw over your shoulder, and it’s so spacious. I also added this small bag for easy-to-grab essentials like lip gloss and hand sanitizer. Inside, I keep my Kindle, sunglasses, portable charger, laptop, travel-size perfume, a jewelry box, and a hairbrush. And of course, I never forget my AirTag to track my bag.
