Welcome Home Saturday: Tea Party Edition

Every year my mom hosts a delightful ladies’ tea party for all of the women in our family.

We have such wonderful memories of this tradition and cannot wait for this year. I feel like every year it keeps getting better!

In this special edition of Welcome Home Saturday, I am sharing an easy tea party menu your guests will love, including my 3 ingredient recipe for egg salad!

Okay, now to share with you an easy tea party menu that your guests will love, and below is my 3-ingredient recipe for egg salad.

Easy 3-ingredient Egg Salad with Croissants Recipe

Egg salad

Ingredients for egg salad:

  • 6 Eggs (@1 egg =1 croissant)
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Mayo
  • Pepper
  • Salt (optional)

Folding in the egg whites with the yolks.

Directions for egg salad:

  1. Boil your eggs, then mash cooked yolks well.
  2. Add 2 Tablespoons light mayo, and stir well.
  3. Chop up whites, and fold into the yolk and mayo mix.
  4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours with a damp paper towel and plastic wrap to cover and keep moist.
  5. Serve with croissants!
