If you are like our family, we keep lemonade in our fridge year round, but there is something about drinking it in the summer time, outdoors on a hot day that just makes it taste so good! Lemonade is also a staple at many outdoor gatherings like pool parties, BBQs, and kids birthday parties. Why not amp up your next outdoor party and have a lemonade bar for people to enjoy, creating their own twist on this summertime favorite drink?!

I am excited to share with you how to create this fun outdoor lemonade bar in just three simple steps! I had a very easy time finding lemonade, but finding the fruit-flavored syrups was a little more tricky (as were the plastic cups with lids). But, I have the resources linked in this post to make it super easy for you to find them and make your own bar without running around time looking for supplies.

Speaking of supplies…

Step One: Gather Supplies

Here is a list with products linked for your shopping convenience:

1. Lemonade (we used Crystal Light or you can use Old Fashioned lemonade)

2. Beverage Dispenser found here.

3. Fruit Flavored Syrups: Strawberry found here, Mango found here, Pineapple found here, Raspberry found here.

4. Fresh Fruit (optional): Lemons, raspberries, and strawberries.

5. White Plastic or Paper Table Cloth (mine here, paper one here)

6. Paper Straws (yellow ones here and black ones here)

7. Plastic Cups With Lids found here (these help prevent spill with little ones and who doesn’t like their own plastic cup with a lid and fun straw?!)

8. Ice

9. Old shoe boxes or bins you can turn upside down to give height for easy reaching and display purposes.

10. Artificial Cactus in basket (optional) found here.

Step Two: Styling

This is the fun part to me, and it’s not complicated! As you can see, we just used an older fold out table (it was the one we painted our kitchen cabinets on, can you tell?!), because it will be covered with a table cloth! I played around a bit with where to place the bins/baskets I was going to use to add the varying height I needed. I landed on a symmetrical arrangement, but you can do what works best for your amount of decor with the size of your table.

Once you’ve built the heights, you drape your tablecloth on top of it all. Then begin placing items around the table. As you can see, you will want to designate a place to “start” which will be your cups. I then placed the lemonade after that, then the fruit and lastly the syrups. The cute little labels were an added bonus! You can find similiar ones here. My middle daughter is gifted at her fonts and knew she’d do them

Step Three: Serve and Enjoy!

As you can see, it turned out to have plenty of space to hold each of the items I wanted to include in our lemonade bar! The fun cacti (you can find them here) were perfect to go with the bar and add another height. You want to have enough on the bar to make it look complete but too much will make it look cluttered and not functional as well.

Abby and I had the best time trying out the various syrups! Her favorite combination was the lemonade plus the strawberry syrup with all three fresh fruits added. My favorite was the lemonade plus the raspberry syrup with raspberries and lemons. Yum! This hit the spot and felt so refreshing. I can only imagine how fun this will be when we have a group over. The combinations are endless and equally refreshing on these hot days!

When the party is over, it’s a super simple clean up, only leaving the beverage dispenser to be washed and storing away the syrup bottles in your pantry.
