This iced coffee popsicles recipe is the perfect treat on a hot summer day! If you like coffee and cream, this is for you my friend. Scroll down for the recipe!
Yesterday I made some yummy iced coffee popsicles. It has gotten a bit warm around here in Alabama the last couple of days, and so I thought, why not! Mornings with coffee are some of my favorite moments, and so it just sounded perfect to extend that yummy flavor and pick-me-up to an afternoon treat!
I chose to make popsicles that were sugar-free and low-calorie, but you can add in whatever creamer and other condiments you love! I can’t wait for you to check out this recipe plus three more easy summer desserts. My friend Robyn over at Robyn’s French Nest organized this dessert blog hop for us to all share these fun recipes with you today. So don’t miss their amazing ideas at the end of this post!

Now it’s time to enjoy them! We will be making popsicles all summer long, and iced coffee popsicles are definitely going to be a top pick to make regularly. Are you excited about making your own? What would you like to put in your coffee mix?
