Hi friend, I am so glad you stopped by. If you are coming from Jordan over at A Blue Nest, welcome! My friend, Kelly, over at The Tattered Pew, put this summer drink blog hop together, and I am so thankful for her coordinating this for us. My husband has loved Arnold Palmer’s for years, and it wasn’t until recently that I discovered why he loves them so much. This drink is named after the legendary golfer Arnold Palmer. What is an Arnold Palmer drink? An Arnold Palmer is simply 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 tea.

This almost zero-calorie version of an Arnold Palmer happened because my husband and I have cut out sugar in our diet during the weekdays. Having something that is both sweet and delicious (with little sugar) helps haha!

We always keep a pitcher of Crystal Light lemonade on hand, and had recently bought unsweetened black tea, thus, it was the perfect time to make some low-calorie Arnold Palmer. And, this combination turned out better than I had hoped for! I added some fresh mint and it was the perfect finishing touch.

Are you ready to try this enlivening drink? Below are the ingredients:

  1. Unsweetened Black Tea

  2. Crystal Light Lemonade Powder Mix (for the sugar-free version)

  3. Fresh Mint

  4. Ice

Simply fill your cup with ice and then pour 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 tea and top with mint. I love drinking out of these copper straws because they keep your beverage tasting so cold! Sound easy and flavorful? It surely is. I hope you enjoy this healthy, low-calorie Arnold Palmer recipe. Head on over to my friend Bethany at Crisp Collective to check out her summer sip idea!
