What is your shipping policy?

To give you the best prices available, we ship through USPS Priority Mail. All orders are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours of placing your order. 

We don't do overnight or two-day shipping because we're a small shop! We have children to drop off at volleyball practice, or clothes to fold, or really cute DIY projects to make. We work hard to get your orders shipped within a couple of days of you ordering them (almost always within 24 hours!). But we can't offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time. 

What is your return policy?

Because much of what we offer is custom and/or “found” items, She Gave It A Go has a limited return policy. If you purchase an item and are not satisfied with it, email info@shegavitago.com within 14 days, and provide a reason for your desire to return your product. We’ll work with you to provide a full refund (provided we receive the item in perfect condition) or to issue credit. We're sorry, but we do not provide refunds of apparel based on sizing misjudgment. Please refer to the sizing chart images in all of our apparel before you purchase. 

Do you accept third party merchandise on our store for re-sale?
